摘要：人才培养工作评估是促进高职院校健康发展的重要手段和措施。结合实际参与评估工作的经历，系统

阐述了评估的意义，以及如何科学地把握评估实质，发挥评估效应，以评估为动力，促进高职院校内

涵建设，实现高职院校办学水平和人才培养质量的全面提高。

Promoting Connotative Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges with

Evaluation as Motivation

Abstract: Evaluation of talents' training work is the important method and measure for promoting the healthy development

of higher vocational colleges. Combining the practice of participating in the experience of evaluation work, this paper

systematically discusses the meaning of evaluation on how to grasp the essence of evaluation scientifically to play its effect.

Promoting connotative construction in higher vocational colleges with evaluation as motivation can realize the all-round

improvement of running level in higher vocational colleges and talents' cultivating quality.
